Changed your mind? You can return any of our pre-designed, non-custom signs within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The sign must be unused and in its original packaging.

Because custom signs are manufactured from scratch specifically for your design, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun. All custom sales are final.

We package our signs securely, but accidents happen. If your sign arrives broken or faulty, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo/video, and we will send a free replacement immediately.
